You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dn99e login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify dn99e immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. dn99e shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
All deposits and withdrawals on the dn99e Platform are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. dn99e supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and USDT TRC20. dn99e reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is an active investigation into the account for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms; (c) the withdrawal amount is derived from funds obtained through prohibited conduct; or (d) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated on the account.
Players are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or duties on their winnings as required by the laws of their jurisdiction. dn99e does not withhold tax on player winnings and does not provide tax advice.
dn99e offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game eligibility, minimum odds restrictions (for sportsbook bonuses), time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms supplement and, in the case of conflict, take precedence over this Section 5.

Upon permanent closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (including real-money and bonus balances) may be forfeited at dn99e's discretion, subject to the specific nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and without outstanding breaches, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dn99e, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the dn99e Platform, even if dn99e has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
dn99e's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their dn99e account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dn99e makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dn99e is incorporated under its international gaming authority licence. Any disputes arising from the use of the dn99e Platform shall first be submitted to dn99e's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team in writing.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through dn99e's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified by dn99e's licensing authority. You agree that the dispute resolution procedures set out in this section constitute the exclusive remedy for any dispute arising from your use of the Platform.
dn99e reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dn99e will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
